Fraud and leakage of questions are violations that require accountability and punishment

School departments in the various emirates of the state circulated “the Guide to Festivating Cheating and Break Deciring System” on students and their parents, adding a clear invitation to the necessity of strict commitment to the instructions and instructions in it, before the launch of the end of the year’s exams for the current academic year 2024-2025, scheduled for the period from 10 to 19 June this year for students from the third to the twelfth, in a firm step to enhance integrity Academy and ensuring tests according to the highest transparency standards.

The Ministry of Education emphasized that the guide-issued for the academic year 2024-2025, is a binding legal and procedural reference, aimed at devoting the culture of honesty and justice in the test environment, and comes within the framework of the ministry’s efforts to prepare a generation capable of competition and innovation within a fair and transparent educational system.
Attempt to cheat
The evidence, which was seen by “Emirates Today”, explained that any attempt to cheat, leak questions, or use illegal means – whether traditional or digital – inside or outside the test halls, represents an explicit violation that requires accountability and punishment. This includes students, those in charge of the tests, and even any party that contributes to facilitating the breach of the test system.

According to what was stated in the evidence, the penalties applied to students begin to resolve degrees of behavior, and reach “zero” monitoring in the subject or all subjects in the event of a repeat of the violation, while summoning the guardian, and referring the student to behavioral evaluation programs when needed. As for employees, the penalties range from viewing and deducting the salary, and may reach the dismissal of service or referral to the competent legal authorities.
Explicit warnings
The directives also included explicit warnings of any use of electronic devices inside the test halls, an exchange of information through the media, or even a sign or hint for colleagues, as well as a ban on bringing any paper or digital sources unauthorized.
Carrying out students
The Ministry called on school departments to educate students and their parents continuously with the contents of the guide and its goals, and to distribute the tasks clearly between the committees and observers to control the procedures and ensure the integrity of the tests. It also encouraged reporting any violation via official channels, including an electronic link, a dedicated mail and a free number.
Shared responsibility
The Ministry stressed that combating fraud is a shared responsibility that requires a full societal commitment, calling on everyone to cooperate in building a solid educational environment, free of negative behaviors, preserving the values of excellence and justice and pushing students towards achieving real success with their own efforts.
