The Egyptian Handball Federation headed by Khaled Fathi has settled on the new system of the Professional League next season, which will be held with the participation of 18 clubs, and the Federation is scheduled to present the league system during the annual meeting of the clubs set for next Tuesday. The first stage is participating in 18 teams in one group, with a periodic system of one round, so that each team plays 17 games, and with it matches related to 2006 and 2008, and after the end of the first stage the teams are arranged from the first to 18 after adding the legal points from my associated team.

To two groups, the first group includes the first to eighth teams to determine the champion, and the second group includes the teams from the ninth to 18 to determine the descending to the Premier League.

Weighting to determine the winner in each match and the return of a tie in the matches, where the winner in each match gets 3 points and the tie are two pronouncing and the loser one point, and the matches will be held on Thursday and Friday every week.
