Emirates Bicycle Triple among the top ten in the Belgium Tour

Brussels on June 21 / WAM / The Emirates Bicycle Team – XRG – continued its brilliance in the Belgium Tournament, where Florian Ferrames and Philipo Baronchini won the third and fourth places in a row in the third stage of the race, while their teammate Ronnie Herriguds ranked tenth, to secure the presence of three of the team’s bicycles in the first ten positions in the general standings.

Thanks to the strong performance in the 9.7 km individual race yesterday, Firdrich and Parunchini are currently third and fourth in the overall standings, with a difference of less than 20 seconds from the leaders Ethan Hayter of (Sodal Kwik-Step), winner of yesterday’s stage.

The Colombian cycle Sebastian Mulano, a former overall ranking leader and a member of the Emirates team, had to decline due to a framework in the last launch, but he ascended to the coronation platform as a leader to classify points, after his arrival in second place twice during the previous two phases.

The attention is directed to the fourth stage, which is held on the “Moore de Dorboy” highlands, which are expected to make major changes in the overall ranking. The UAE team trio hopes to continue the strong performance and compete for the lead centers.
Ferrames stressed that the strong performance reflects the physical and mental readiness of the team, adding that the battle is still open, and that the team aspires to achieve prominent results in the coming stages of the circumambulation.
