Abu Dhabi fast bocks will participate tomorrow in the Formula 2 World Championship

Brendesi – Italy on June 27 / WAM / The Abu Dhabi fast bocks team, affiliated with the Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club, participates in the first round of the World Formula -2 World Championship, which kicks off tomorrow, Saturday, hosted by the Italian city “Uim”.
The team will participate in the tournament through the number 1 boat led by Rashid Al -Qamzi, the title holder of last season and the world champion five times in this category, along with the 35th boat led by the contestant Mansour Al -Mansouri, who came third in the overall ranking of the 2024 season.

The team hopes to achieve a strong start at the beginning of its career in the new season, and to continue its prominent presence on the global scene, by competing for the lead and maintaining the title that won last season.

The first round agenda includes the establishment of official rehabilitation experiences tomorrow, Saturday, June 28, as the first stage “Q1” begins at 17:00 Italy time, followed by the second stage “Q2” at 18:15, then the third stage “Q3” between 18:30 and 18: 50, which determines the starting centers in the main race.

The activities will be completed on Sunday, June 29, by holding the run-off at 10:00 am, followed by the official warm-up phase from 11:00 to 12:00, with the Italian Grand Prix of Formula -2 at 18:30, and the tour will be concluded with the official coronation ceremony at 20:00 pm.

The 2025 season of the Formula-2 World Championship is a strong competitive season, including five rounds within the agenda of the International Marine Sports Federation.

The Abu Dhabi team is considered one of the most prominent teams in the history of the tournament, as it has achieved many titles in the Formula-2 category, and continues to represent the state in international forums, reflecting the development of Emirati marine sports and its global position.
