Ali Diab, director of sports activity at Ajman Academy

Ajman Sports Academy has officially presented the former Emirates National Swimming coach, Dr. Ali Ahmed Diab, as director of sports activity at the Academy, during a special ceremony held at the Police and Shooting Police Club in Ajman, in the presence of a group of sports personalities.

The conference was attended by the coach of the Emirates National Swimming team, Marwan Al -Hattawi, and a number of former sports stars in Ajman, among them Hamad Al -Dassri, Mohamed Zahran, Mubarak Salem.

Dr. Ali Diab is one of the prominent competencies in the field of management and sports training at the level of the region, where he previously held the position of coach of the Emirates National Swimming team from 2019 to 2021, as the Egyptian team led the modern five -year swimming between 2016 and 2019, and his most prominent achievement was the achievement of the gold medal in the Youth Olympics in Argentina in 2018 through the Egyptian champion Salma Ayman.

Diab has a long experience that extends for more than 25 years in sports work, during which she graduated from various technical and administrative positions in Egypt and the Emirates, among them the coach of the public swimming team in the Egyptian Al -Ahly Club, where he led the team to achieve more than 55 local championships, in addition to 18 Arab and international titles with the teams.

Dr. Ali Diab also has extensive experience in the field of people with determination, as he served as the general coach of the team with special needs in Al -Ahly Club for a period of 10 years, and is one of the few who have advanced international certificates in training this group, and he is also a consultant for rehabilitation and treatment programs for people with determination in the Egyptian Army Club.

The Academy administration emphasized that the contract with Dr. Ali Diab comes within a comprehensive development plan aimed at raising the efficiency of the sports activity system in the academy, and benefiting from distinguished competencies capable of refining national talents, and supporting efforts aimed at preparing sports heroes at the highest levels.
