Al -Ahly youth includes the Argentine player Irala

Al -Ahly Youth Club announced yesterday its contract with the Argentine midfielder Elian Matteo Irela (21 years old) as a resident player, coming from the Argentine club San Lorenzo, to be the second team deals during the current summer transfer window.

This comes within the framework of extensive preparations for the new season 2025-2026, in which the team seeks to continue to compete strongly for the various local and continental championships.

Irala is characterized by being a defending midfielder with balanced defensive capabilities and accurate passes, and he played with his former club 17 games in the Argentine league, during which he scored two goals, and he represented his team in eight games in Cuba Libertadores.

The player is 1.76 meters long. The first deal for Al -Ahly youth this summer witnessed the inclusion of the young Brazilian wing, Edison (20 years), coming from America Mineiro, to confirm the club by this direction towards strengthening its squad with young players, who have high technical capabilities. In a related context, the first football team began its internal gathering in Dubai, where the players underwent comprehensive medical examinations at the Sports Medical Examination Center of the Dubai Sports Council, from the fifth to the seventh of July, in preparation for traveling to the external camp.

It is scheduled to leave the Al -Ahly Youth Mission to Austria on July 13, to establish a training camp that extends until the third of August, as part of an integrated preparation program for the new sports season.

During the external camp, the team will play four friendly matches at varying levels.
