A fire took place this evening in one of the rooms of the Singer Ramses for Telecom Egypt; This led to a temporary breakdown of telecommunications services, and the civil defense teams, in cooperation with the technical teams of Telecom Egypt, made the necessary efforts to control the fire. The necessary measures were taken towards separating the electric current from the entire central, and work is underway to regain the service gradually within the next few hours, and all services and customers who are affected by this are being inventory The fire.
