Ten educators illuminate the scene of innovation in the fourth session of the Teachers Association Award

The Teachers Association honored ten of the distinguished educational competencies, in the educational field within the fourth session of the Teachers Association for Innovation Award, during a ceremony held at the Salem Bin Ham Cultural Center in Al Ain, under the patronage of Sheikh Muslim bin Ham Al -Amri, and in the presence of a group of educators, members of the jury and representatives of the educational field.

A platform honoring innovative thought

Salah Al -Hosani, Chairman of the Teachers Association, stressed that the award represents a national platform that opens the way for teachers to present their ideas and turn them into applicable projects, noting that the current session witnessed a qualitative diversity in initiatives, which came based on an accurate understanding of the reality of schools and their needs, which reflects a great maturity in innovative educational thinking.

He added that the association places the teacher at the real partner’s position in the educational transformation industry, as its role is no longer limited to implementing the plans, but rather has become a pillar to formulate practical and effective solutions that respond to the current challenges.

He pointed out that the association plans to expand its support for the winners through vocational development programs and networks exchange networks, calling on educational institutions to adopt these glossy models as a lever to improve the quality of education.

Strict criteria and field experiences

In turn, Dr. Omar Al -Aqab, Chairman of the Jury, explained that the award is based on accurate criteria that include the originality of the idea, its sustainability, and its realistic impact, noting that the winning participants were not just theoretical proposals, but rather real models that have been classified and achieved concrete results.

He added that the award aims to stimulate all educational specializations, and to transform daily challenges in the field into opportunities for creativity and renewal.

The apparent effect

He stressed that the award represents one of the community initiatives with a clear impact, and is in line with the strategic goals of the Ministry in empowering individuals and institutions of public benefit.

The Ministry explained that its support for such awards is not limited to symbolic appreciation, but rather comes from a firm conviction that specialized community prizes create an environment that stimulates creativity and elevates specialized institutions,

The ministry added that the high number of posts and the diversity of the participating groups year after a year is one of the encouraging indicators that confirm the success of the initiative, and called for continuing to support this type of prizes that enhance competitiveness and establish a culture of innovation in educational and societal work


A national incubator for school initiatives

For its part, Hessa Al -Tunaiji, a member of the association’s board of directors and the secretary of the fund, considered that the award has become a national incubator for teachers’ ideas, after during its previous sessions it was able to celebrate the initiatives that were launched from the ground, and actually contributed to improving educational performance, stressing that the association is in the process of expanding the award in the future to include new educational fields that support sustainable shift.

Winners: Stories from the field worth lighting

• Fatima Abdullah Rashid Al -Naqbi won the innovative school administration category award for her active leadership that created teams in the institutional environment.

• Shama Abdullah Al -Ubaidi, and I hope Ali Al -Zaabi shared the same honor for their contributions to developing school work through modern administrative tools.

• In the category of specialists in scientific laboratories, the award honored the victory of Ali Al -Muraikhi and the tattoo of Hamid Al -Ahbabi, for developing them tools and laboratory experiments that enrich the classes of applied sciences.

• In the field of early education and inclusive education, the award was honored by Fatima Al -Abdouli, Maryam Muhammad Al -Kaabi, and Badria Muhammad Al -Kindi, for their educational innovations that merged technology and interaction with children, with a special interest in people of determination.

• Salama Al -Yelly and Moza Al Mazrouei won the award for the best innovative teacher, while the award for best educational initiatives went to Aisha Al -Zahouri for her project that strengthened the integration between school and society and instilling learning concepts outside the walls of the classes.

The speeches of the award are unanimously agreed that educational innovation is no longer a luxury, but rather a strategic necessity to keep pace with variables and build generations capable of creativity and critical thinking, stressing that the education environment in the Emirates has become more aware of the importance of empowering teachers, and providing spaces that launch their creative energies.

The ceremony concluded by emphasizing that the fifth session of the award will witness the expansion of the groups and the creation of new fields that are in line with the transformations of digital education and the vocational future, amid aspirations that the award will become a regional platform to honor Arab educational creativity
