The Ministry of Health and Population announced the launch of a comprehensive experimental development of the unified hotline (105), to be a central platform to provide all the services of the ministry, in implementation of the directives of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population, to unify communication channels to ensure a quick and safe response to citizens ’requests and complaints, and to avoid any challenges that may face the ease of communication to obtain services Health.
