Excellent results for “Snowker Emirates” in the World Championship

The UAE National team for Snooker, Mohamed Shehab, qualified for the 16th round of the “Master” category, within the World Championships of Snooker, currently held in the Bahraini capital, Manama, after achieving three consecutive victories.

The championship, organized by the International Federation of Billiards and Snooker, will participate in the period from 13 to 24 July, a group of players from 26 countries, and includes competitions for the “masters” categories, “6 balls” and “junior”.

Shehab achieved a strong start by overcoming Sri Lankan Thosetha Robaji, 3-0, then defeated Irish Victor McCoramak, 3-1, before concluding his series of victories by defeating Qatari Ahmed Saif, with the same result.

In the same category, within the fourth group, Issa Al-Hashemi achieved his second victory in a row by defeating the Indian Roche Jain, 3-1, after his victory in the first round over the Benjeradeshi Zipper Al-Salehin 3-0.

For his part, Muhammad Al -Joker qualified for the 24th round of his second group, despite losing to Bahraini Habib Sabah.
