The first quarter is more than 411 thousand supervisory visits, of which 250,662 visits are directed to ensure compliance with Emiratization programs . The Ministry received the same period 14,657 reports, as it was dealt with according to the approved mechanisms, in addition to treating 13,611 objections during the prescribed period, which confirms the efficiency of the monitoring and response system, and its ability to support the stability of the contractual relationship in the labor market. 1,330 observers and monitoring, in addition to the “dialogue watch hours" Which brought together 314 observers in meetings aimed at enhancing cognitive empowerment, and sharing the best professional practices, and the Ministry also issued 7 awareness and organizational circulars directed to the supervisory teams in the field, with the aim of unifying procedures and raising organizational awareness, which contributes to enhancing the quality of control and reducing contrast in the application of systems.
