The Liwa Wet Festival crowns the winners of the Al -Shishai Mazaya competition
Abu Dhabi, July 22/ WAM/ The organizing committee of the Liwa Festival for Windows won the winners of the lemon mood for the local and varied categories, which witnessed competitions between 69 farms that provided about 700 kilograms of lemon produced from the state farms for this season, within the competitions of the 21st session held in the city of Liwa in the Al Dhafra region.
The winners were crowned His Excellency Obaid Al Mazrouei, Executive Director of the Festival and Events Sector at the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority, Dr. Saeed Mohsen Al Mazrouei, Director of Al Dhafra Region Office at the Integrated Transport Center, and Engineer Mohamed Saleh Al Hadrami, Acting Director of Energy and Water Efficiency Department in the Energy Department in the presence of a number of farmers, lovers of heritage competitions and festival visitors.
The results resulted in Mazaya Al -Shishai from Zayed Essa Mubarak Al -Mansouri’s victory in the first place, and came in second place Fatima Saeed Mohammed Al -Eryani, and ranked in the third place quickly Amer Jadeed Al -Mansouri, and won the fourth place Maalla Ali Murshid Khamis Al -Murr, and in the fifth place Abdullah Saeed Tres Al Mazrouei.
The organizing committee had received about 500 kilograms of wet kilograms, from 48 farmers from different parts of the country to participate in the bidding, which was allocated 15 awards with a total value of 397 thousand dirhams, and the first winner received 100 thousand dirhams, the second at 75 thousand, and the third 40 thousand.
On the other hand, the jury begins at the Liwa Wet Festival tomorrow morning, Wednesday, to receive the participation of farmers in the Mazaya Al -Fawzal competitions (open half) and the imposition of Al Ain area farms, while this morning “Tuesday” began receiving the posts of Mazzina Al -Salva competitions (open half) and salvation of Al Ain area farms.
