An aid plane with a payload of 100 tons takes off from Ras Al Khaimah Airport to support Gaza as part of an operation "The gallant knight 3"

Ras Al Khaimah, July 17 / WAM / A humanitarian aid plane with a capacity of 100 tons was launched today from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport, as part of Operation “The Gallant Knight 3”, in cooperation between the Emirates Red Crescent Authority and the Emirati-Palestinian Friendship Club, in addition to aid provided by the Dar Al Ber Association, in support of the Palestinian brothers in the Gaza Strip.
The plane carries a shipment of baby formula, medicines, and clothes, with the aim of contributing to meeting urgent humanitarian needs and alleviating the suffering of affected families in the Gaza Strip.
Hammoud Al-Afari, Director of Relief Operations in Operation “Gallant Knight 3,” confirmed that the United Arab Emirates, under the guidance of its wise leadership, is continuing its humanitarian efforts to relieve the Palestinian brothers, by harnessing its logistical and humanitarian capabilities in cooperation with its partners to ensure the sustainability of the flow of relief and medical aid to the Gaza Strip, which contributes to meeting the basic needs of civilians, strengthening their resilience, and mitigating the effects of the humanitarian crisis.
This plane comes as part of the ongoing humanitarian efforts implemented by the UAE through Operation “Gallant Knight 3” to secure the delivery of relief aid to our Palestinian brothers in the Gaza Strip, and an embodiment of its established humanitarian approach to supporting those affected and alleviating their suffering.
