The Official Gazette publishes the Prime Minister’s decision regarding the minimum wage report for employees and state workers

The Official Gazette was published in its No. 30 bis & quot; i & quot; Issued on July 30, 2025, Prime Minister Decision No. 2594 of 2025, regarding amending some provisions of Prime Minister Decision No. 1627 of 2019 to report the minimum wage for employees and workers with state agencies and public economic bodies. 1963; And on the Civil Service Law issued by Law No. 81 of 2016; And the unified public finance law issued by Law No. 6 of 2022; Law No. 89 of 2025 determines the percentage of periodic allowance for those who address the Civil Service Law and grant a special allowance for non -addressees of the Civil Service Law and increase the additional incentive for workers in the country and a special grant report for public sector companies and the public business sector. The decision also came after reviewing the special laws and regulations related to workers affairs in the administrative authorities, who are under the provisions of the Civil Service Law; And on the Prime Minister’s Resolution No. 1627 of 2019 to decide the minimum wage for employees and workers with state agencies and economic public bodies and its amendments; After the approval of the Council of Ministers. For the year 2023, 631 of 2024 so that the minimum wages and workers of the state agencies and public service and economic bodies are not less than what comes regarding the job degree or its equivalent as follows:

the excellent degree 13500 pounds per month – high 11250 pounds per month – General Manager 10250 pounds per month – the first 8500 pounds per month – second 8000 pounds Monthly – the third 7750 pounds per month – fourth 7000 pounds per month – five 7250 pounds per month – sixth 7000 pounds per month. The second article of the decision included to be replaced by the text of the third article of Prime Minister Decision No. 1627 of 2019 referred to the following text:
