The Serbian coach was found in the final list of the UAE Professional League Awards ceremony, last season, which was held at the Emirates Palace, the day before yesterday, a competitor for the title of “Best Coach” with the former Sharjah coach and the current coach of the national team, Romanian Oario Cosmin, and Al -Ahly youth coach, Portuguese Paulo Souza, who was crowned the award after leading his team to shine locally.

The Serbian coach Milosh told «Emirates Today»: “Al -Wasl succeeded in achieving great achievements during the past two seasons, which was to win the league and cup duo, in addition to crowning the UAE -Qatar Super Shield, which is a natural result of the solidarity of all the elements of the team, and what is currently happening with strong deals for the team confirms the continued development of the club.”

On his new mission with Sharjah, Milosh stressed that the next station with the “King” is a great challenge, especially after the achievements of the club during the past four years, which included winning four local championships and one international title, indicating that the succession of the Roman coach Kozmin, which he considers “the best coach in the Gulf region”, doubled the scale of responsibility, but at the same time it constitutes a great incentive for him and the players To continue the path of successes.

Milosh revealed that he wanted to continue with Al -Wasl for a longer period, but he believes that moving to Sharjah is a great opportunity to start a new march, describing the club as “my new home”, and added: “It is difficult to confront the link and its fans, I used to be with them, and I share joys and victories, but this is life, and today I have to write a new chapter with Sharjah.”

The coach pointed out that his ambition was to go through a training experience outside the Emirates, but the Sharjah administration showed great interest and respect, and waited until he finished his obligations, which prompted him to choose to continue within the country, especially with the expected participation of the team in the Asian Elite League, along with all local championships, and two or three games in the Super Cup.

The coach talked about the nature of the next stage with the “King”, saying: “The real evaluation will be at the start of official competitions, so far I am happy with the way the players work and their discipline in training, but the strength of challenges in the next season requires us the highest levels of physical and mental readiness.”

He added: “Sharjah is a club that has the ambition of the championships, and this is what makes me very excited, especially since we will run a season full of entitlements, locally and continental, and this type of pressure I love because it drives everyone to work with the utmost energy.”

Milosh stressed that his decision to go through this experience came after his conviction of the team’s ability to compete in all championships, stressing that the success of any coach depends on the spirit of teamwork, the commitment of the players, and administrative support, which are factors that he found available in Sharjah.

Regarding his presence in the final list of the Professional League awards, the coach said: “This nomination was not merely a personal achievement, but rather a reflection of the great work that the full team presented.

The coach concluded his remarks with a message to the fans of the club, in which he said: “I know the value of the Sharjah fans and his great support for the team, and we will work with everything we have to make him happy and achieve his aspirations, this is the beginning of a new journey, and I hope that it will be full of joys and championships.”
