With the participation of 600 players .. The launch of the Fujairah World Chess Championship

The first edition of the Fujairah World Chess Championship, which will be held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, is organized by the Fujairah Chess and Culture Club, and will continue until the second of next September.
The competition was attended by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fujairah Club for Chess and Culture, Dr. Abdullah Al Barak, members of the Board of Directors, Muhammad Al -Mudhaki, President of the Qatari Federation, and a group of local and international chess leaders.

The face of the participants in the championship is highlighted by the Ukrainian hero Ivan Shock, the Indian hero Nihal Sarin, and the Emirati talent Salem Abdul Rahman.

For his part, the head of the organizing committee of the tournament, Dr. Al Barak, revealed that the competitions will be directly transported on the website of the International Chess Federation and international sites known as chess, where all the matches of the superstar and master categories will be directly transferred and chess lovers can follow and enjoy them, in addition to transferring videos from some competitions in the first global chess championship.

In turn, the Polish international Casper Pueron expressed his admiration for the distinguished organization that coincides with the start of the tournament, indicating that the new building of the club has international specifications, and is an important addition to chess in the world.
