The Ministry of Commerce has famed with two citizens and 4 residents of both Yemeni and Palestinian nationalities for their involvement in a commercial cover -up crime in the sectors of contracting, medical devices and tobacco products in the Qassim region.
It was proven involved in citizens in enabling the four expatriates to practice the commercial activity for their own account without a foreign investment license and give them the tools of disposal in a company and 4 institutions affiliated with them absolutely, and it has also been proven to increase the volume of their financial dealings in a way that does not fit with their monthly income and their profession "Sales delegates" And transfer them to the funds resulting from their illegal activity outside the Kingdom.
The Ministry published the judicial ruling that includes the confiscation of the proceeds of the crime of covering up (239,292,602.25) million riyals and (26) cars, imprisonment for a period of two years for each of the second hidden and covering them, and a fine of (350,000) three hundred and fifty thousand riyals on the convicts, and published the summary of the ruling on the expense of the convicts in two local newspapers. />
The subordinate penalties for the crime of covering up included: closing the facilities, liquidating their activities and canceling licenses, removing commercial records, completing zakat, fees and taxes, removing the cover -up on them and not allowing them to work. And reserve and confiscate illegal funds after final judicial rulings against those involved.
