Salma Al -Marri guides the UAE first athletics in the history of external women’s posts

Emirati champion Salma Haitham Al -Marri achieved the first gold medal for athletics in the history of external women’s posts, in the “Plash of the Hummer” competition, in the Arab Championship for Junior and Establishments U -18, in Tunisia during the period from 23 to 27 August.
Al -Marri, 16 years old, raised her balance to three medals during her participation with the national team in throwing competitions, after the gold and silver of the Gulf (2024), and 13 medals with Abu Dhabi Athletics Club, by 12 gold, and silver.
Al -Marri outperformed the African champion Aya Imran in the final of the “overthrow of the hammer”, in the Arab Championship, with a new personal number achieved 55.78 meters, after its previous completion in the women’s hammer competition, in the international championship in Slovenia, with a new number, for a distance of 49.02 meters, shattering the previous number of the state at the level of young women, young women and women “44.6 meters”.
Al -Marri said that she is inspired by its superiority from the wise leadership of the sons and daughters of the Emirates, to achieve more external titles, and to raise the state flag in the podiums, appreciating the tangible support from her parents, and the Athletics Federation headed by Major General Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al -Murr, and the Abu Dhabi Club for the game headed The West Asian Championship, from the second to the fifth of next October, represents a motive for more achievements.
