Notifying the appointment to the teacher depends on 6 requirements

The Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai stressed that notifying the appointment for the teacher, depends on 6 requirements that mean fulfilling contractual and professional requirements, the most prominent of which are documented scientific qualifications, practical experience, review of the CV, obtaining a letter of vocabulary at least, and verifying the criminal background from all the countries in which he has lived during the past five years, in addition to assessing his behavior on social networks.

An important aspect

The commission stated through the technical guide to the appointment of teachers, that the requirements constitute an important aspect in the organizational framework to appoint and transfer educational cadres in the emirate’s private schools, in a move aimed at enhancing the stability of the educational process and ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and professional integrity in the educational sector.

Non -reluctance certificate

The commission stressed: “It is required that any candidate to work as a member of an educational staff obtain an official” notification “from the authority, as it is considered a certificate of non -reluctance, and it is valid to work in a specific school only and is not subject to transfer.”

Educational stage

Through the guide, the authority set the minimum qualifications and experiences required for each educational stage, starting with nursery teachers and early childhood, to the teachers of the primary stages and specialized teachers, stressing the need to complete six months of practical training for new teachers under the supervision of qualified teachers, or providing modern field experience of no less than a year in teaching or educational leadership.

Vocational Charter

The authority obligated all members of the educational staff to sign the professional and moral charter that includes adhering to national values, protecting children from any kind of neglect or abuse, maintaining the confidentiality of students’ data, adhering to official uniforms and decent behaviors, and ensuring the moral use of technology and artificial intelligence in the educational process.

Disciplinary policies

Schools also obliged to develop clear disciplinary policies that range from oral alert to the separation of work, with mandatory reporting to the authority within 24 hours of any separation or suspicions of misconduct.

Princess notification

The authority obliged all schools to notify the authority in advance of leaving any member of an educational staff, providing it with his data, and completing the end of the unified service. This questionnaire aims to collect accurate data on the reasons for the rotation of cadres, which enables the authority to suggest practical solutions to improve the work environment and keep the teachers.

Mandatory

The commission introduced a mandatory base that states a period of 90 days before any teacher moved to another school if he did not complete the notification period or did not end the procedures for “end of service questionnaire”. This procedure aims to reduce disturbances inside schools and ensure the transmission of educational cadres only at the end of the classroom or the academic year, which enhances the stability of the educational environment.
