“A Dream of a Watan” moves the UAE fans to Doha with private planes … and tickets are free

The Football Association at its headquarters in Dubai yesterday launched a mass campaign under the slogan “Dream of the Watan” to support the national team, in preparation for its matches against the Amman and Qatar national teams, scheduled for next October, in Doha, as part of the qualifying attaché to the 2026 World Cup.
The campaign was attended by the campaign, Secretary -General of the Football Association, Mohamed Hazam Al Dhaheri, and the coach of the team, Olario Cosmin, and a member of the team’s administrative apparatus, Matar Al -Sahabani and Ismail Rashid, in addition to the presence of a large presence of media representatives, with the presence of a number of stars of the national team legends, who were with the team in the 1990 World Cup in Italy, and they are Adnan Al -Taliani, Fahd Khamis, Abdul Rahman Muhammad Hassan and Mohsen Musabah.
The Secretary -General of the Football Association, Mohamed Hazam Al Dhaheri, revealed that the initiative aims to mobilize support for the national team, including the formation of a special work team to provide the necessary support and facilities to the public, and communicate with some of the parties and sponsors, to provide special planes to transport the masses to Doha, and to provide the necessary facilities also to the masses wishing to travel by air or land by their own cars, as well as providing encouragement equipment in the stands.
Al -Dhaheri added: “The Football Association will also provide free games tickets to the public, in addition to providing transportation, as well as travel tickets back and forth on the day of the match itself, and staying at the hotel, in cooperation with travel and tourism companies.”
He also talked about facilitating the task of the media in obtaining the necessary permits to cover matches, and coordination with the media about the team’s arrangements, as well as organizing a media day to conduct interviews with the players and members of the technical staff, as well as coordination with the Qatar Football Association regarding the extraction of visas and equipment equipment such as cameras and others.
Al -Dhahiri revealed that the regulations in this regard give the UAE Football Association 8% of the number of public attendance in the national team match against Qatar, stressing that they will seek to increase the number of fans, while the seats of the Amman match were distributed to three parts for the Emirates, Oman and the International Federation.
For his part, the national team coach, Romanian Olario Cosmin, described the campaign to support the team as “a very excellent idea, and a positive step towards achieving the goal in the next stage”, stressing that the team will fight to qualify for the World Cup, describing its matches against Amman and Qatar as “fate”, which requires that the players be in full readiness mentally, technically and tactically.
Cosmin said in press statements: “qualifying for the World Cup is definitely a dream for everyone,” adding: “The players of the team must have a good focus, mental balance, positive thinking and control of their nerves, with only thinking about how to achieve the goal, which is to qualify for the World Cup.”
He continued: “The players are well aware of the importance of this responsibility, and such matches put the players under great pressure, but the beautiful campaign, which was launched today, which is a campaign to support the team, will give the players a great moral batches and motivation.”
He also considered that “the victory of the Sharjah and Al -Wahda teams over the Qatari Al -Gharafa and the Saudi Federation, in the first round of the AFC Champions League clubs, gives the players a high moral boost, especially the team players, and increases their confidence in external participation.”
In turn, a number of the stars of the former World Cups stressed, during the session, their great support for the national team in the next stage, as Adnan Al -Taliani said that “the campaign is an excellent initiative to provide all support for the team in the attachment”, while Abdul Rahman Mohamed stressed “the importance of everyone’s solidarity to stand behind the team”, proposing to postpone some local matches to provide the fans with the opportunity to support the team, while the former World Cup goalkeeper Mohsen Mossabah stressed the importance of the work. The success of the campaign to achieve the desired goal, which is a dream of qualifying for the World Cup.
For his part, the former World Cup player, Fahd Khamis, said that “everyone is waiting for this dream to be achieved with the national team qualification for the World Cup for the second time in its history, stressing the ability of the coach Cosmin to lead the team to achieve this goal.” As for the former World Cup goalkeeper, Abdel -Qader Hassan, he said: “Everyone is waiting for the team to achieve this dream, especially in light of the great support he enjoys from the Football Association.”
