Administrative judiciary confirms the validity of the General Assembly "Private meeting" At Al -Zuhour Sports Club
The Administrative Judicial Court of the State Council decided to reject the urgent part of the invitation held by a member of the Sports Flowers Club, Mustafa Magdi Gharib, to stop the meeting of the General Assembly of the Al -Zuhur Club to be held tomorrow, Friday, September 19, at the headquarters of the club in Nasr City, to participate in the voting procedures to reconcile the conditions of the statute of the club after the issuance of the amendments to the Sports Law.
& nbsp; It is noteworthy that Mustafa Magdy Gharib, one of the former Al-Zuhur Club employees, had previously lost a lawsuit to cancel the club’s religious committee. In the agenda, which includes the adoption of the proposed amendments to the statute regulations in line with the amendment of some provisions of the Sports Law No. 71 of 2017 amended by Law No. 171 of 2025, according to the controls mentioned in the decision of the Ministry of Youth and Sports No. 1112 of 2025.
