A strong and convincing start for Mourinho with Benfica

Veteran Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho launched his return to his country with a convincing victory with Benfica over his host Villa Das Avish 3-0 Saturday in the sixth stage of the Portugal Football Championship.
Benfica climbed to second place with his fourth victory in the tournament against one draw.
Benfica had appointed Mourinho, who was dismissed from the training of Fenerbahce in August after losing to Benfica in the Champions League qualifiers, after the dismissal of the Portuguese administration of Berono Lagi after the shocking loss against Qara al-Azbagani (2-3) in the first round of the unified group in the Champions League.
Mourinho, 62, who trained Real Madrid, Manchester United, and Chelsea, and Inter Milan, returned to his mother country after 21 years since he left Porto, knowing that he trained Benfica in September 2000, but he left after only 11 games.
After two games in the league, Mourinho will return to London to meet Chelsea in the Champions League, after he led the “Blues” to eight titles, including three in the “Bremerg”.
