“The referee deprived us of a tie with unity”

Al -Wahda devoted its historical superiority over its traditional rivals Al -Jazira after achieving an exciting victory with a goal without a response, today, Wednesday, at the summit of the fifth round of the ADNOC Professional Football League, to continue its positive record in the derby for the fifth year in a row.
The only goal of the match came in the second minute of stoppage time for the first half, when Al -Jazeera defender, Rafael Tajir, scored by mistake, to give “His Excellency” three precious points that raised their balance in the table.
After the final whistle, Rafeel did not hide his feeling of sorry after he lost his team, saying in press statements: “I did not mean to make this error, and it is bad luck that we lost this way. For his part, Al -Jazeera coach, Marino Bushic, expressed his disappointment at the decision not to count the penalty at the end of the meeting, and said during the press conference after the match: “I think that the referee of the meeting missed us with an opportunity to draw, and I do not want to comment on his decision more than that.”
He added: “I am very satisfied with the performance of my team, especially in the second half, and the players cooperating with the multiple playing methods that we have resorted to during the match, whether after Mohamed Al -Nani left due to injury, or to enhance the offensive part in order to adjust the result.”
With his new victory, Al -Wahda extended its positive results against Al -Jazeera to 10 consecutive games without defeat, by seven wins and three draws, to confirm his clear superiority in the capital’s derby.
On the other hand, Al -Wahda coach, Jose Morais, stressed that “the (Derby Abu Dhabi) match was a model for football confrontations in terms of strength, Hama and excitement that guaranteed the pleasure of the public.” Help.
He added: «I can say that the unit played very smartly in the two halves of the match, as we achieved what we wanted by progressing with a goal, and we defended perfectly in the second half in which the island forced us to play longitudinal balls, so things were relatively easier for our defense.
