The Deputy Governor explained that the cooperation memorandum will contribute to providing specialized and continuous training programs for workers in the fields of modern technology and the management of digital systems, in a way that ensures the development of their capabilities to use smart applications and achieve higher efficiency in completing the business and services provided to citizens, stressing that the rehabilitation of the human element is the real guarantee of the sustainability of digitization efforts within the province.
