And its interest in digital transformation reflects the directives of the political leadership in keeping pace with the global technological development, and raising the efficiency of the state’s administrative apparatus, in a way that contributes to improving the services provided to citizens and enhancing the efficiency of decision -making at various levels; He explained that the Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology represents a qualitative shift towards developing and raising the efficiency of work systems and services within the governorate; Pointing out that it aims to activate the role of technology and digitization in the General Court and affiliated directorates. The Deputy Governor explained that the cooperation memorandum will contribute to providing specialized and continuous training programs for workers in the fields of modern technology and the management of digital systems, in a way that ensures the development of their capabilities to use smart applications and achieve higher efficiency in completing the business and services provided to citizens, stressing that the rehabilitation of the human element is the real guarantee of the sustainability of digitization efforts within the province.
