The launch of the Popular and Military Defense Forces celebration under the title: "And steady your feet" In celebration of the glorious October anniversary
The eighty-ninth major educational symposium for the Popular and Military Defense Forces was launched this morning at the Al-Azhar Conference Center in Nasr City, entitled “And Steadfast Your Feet”, in celebration of the fifty-second anniversary of the glorious October victories, in cooperation with Al-Azhar Al-Sharif.
The symposium was attended by Dr. Muhammad Al-Duwaini, Undersecretary of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, and Major General Staff of War Hisham Hosni Hassan, Commander of the Popular and Military Defense Forces, Dr. Salama Dawoud, President of Al-Azhar University, Dr. Muhammad Al-Jundi, Secretary-General of the Islamic Research Academy, Sheikh Ayman Abdel-Ghani, Head of the Al-Azhar Institutes Sector, a number of leaders of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif and the Armed Forces, and a group of students from Al-Azhar universities and institutes.
This symposium comes within the framework of fruitful cooperation between Al-Azhar Al-Sharif and the leadership of the Defense Forces. popular and military, and to consolidate the values of belonging and loyalty, and to emphasize the national and awareness-raising role of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif in enhancing youth awareness of the October heroics and the meanings of redemption and sacrifice for the sake of the homeland.
It confirms the cooperation between Al-Azhar and the Popular and Military Defense Forces; The October victory was not just a military event, but rather a national epic that embodied the unity and will of the Egyptian people, and that its lessons still inspire generations in the battle of awareness, construction and development.
