Salem Al-Dosari wins the 2025 Asian Player of the Year award

Saudi star Salem Al-Dosari, a player for Al-Hilal Club, was crowned the best player in Asia for the year 2025, during the ceremony held by the Asian Football Confederation this evening in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.

Al-Dosari’s coronation came after an exceptional season that led the Saudi national team to advance to the 2026 World Cup finals.

Salem also shined brightly with Al Hilal in the Club World Cup, which was held last summer.

During the last season 2024/20245, Salem Al-Dosari participated with Al-Hilal in 51 matches in all tournaments, during which he scored 27 goals and assisted 18 others.
