State Issues approves the assignment of Counselor Ahmed Abdel Ghani to assume the position of Secretary General of the Senate

The Supreme Council of the State Litigation Authority approved the assignment of Counselor Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Ghani Abdel Majeed to assume the position of Secretary-General of the Senate, in a step that reflects great confidence in the competence of the Authority’s cadres and their vital role in supporting state institutions.

 

This decision confirms the position of the State Litigation Authority as a pioneering institution in preparing and qualifying legal and administrative competencies capable of contributing. In developing the institutional and legislative performance of the state.

 

Biography of the Advisor, Dr. Ahmed Abdel Majeed:

The Advisor, Dr. Ahmed Abdel Majeed, holds high academic qualifications, as he obtained a master’s degree in law and then a doctorate in civil law.

 

He has a rich professional career within the Authority. State issues, where he worked in a number of vital departments, including the Judicial Department of the Reconstruction Projects Authority and the Judicial Department of the Ministry of Defense. He was also assigned to work in the technical office of the First Assistant Minister of Justice and the office of the Assistant Minister for Dispute Conciliation Committees.

 

Counsel Dr. Ahmed Abdel Majeed also held the position of Secretary-General for Member Affairs at the State Litigation Authority, through which he contributed to developing administrative and professional work mechanisms within the Authority and supporting its members in performing their judicial mission.

He also has parliamentary experience. And a broad legislative field, as he worked as a legal advisor to the Plan and Budget Committee in the House of Representatives, and a legal advisor to the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, in addition to his work as a legal advisor to the Civil Litigation Department at the Military Judicial Authority and the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
