President Sisi extends his sincere thanks to the King of Belgium for the warm reception
President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi extended his sincere thanks to King Philippe, King of Belgium, for the warm reception, today, in Brussels.
President El-Sisi wrote – in a blog post on his official page on social media – “I extend my sincere thanks to His Majesty King Philippe, King of Belgium, for the warm reception today in Brussels, and for the strong and distinguished bilateral relations that bring our two countries together. I also express my appreciation to Mr. Antonio Costa, President of the European Council, and Mrs. Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, for hosting the first summit between Egypt and the European Union within the framework of the strategic partnership. Between the two sides, which reached an unprecedented level of consensus. I look forward to implementing what was agreed upon, and to the second summit that Egypt will host in 2026.”
