The Volleyball Federation is developing a plan to develop the training system in Upper Egypt governorates

Within the framework of the plan of the Egyptian Volleyball Federation headed by Engineer Yasser Qamar, which aims to support and develop the training system in the governorates of Upper Egypt and the border areas, the Assiut Volleyball Region organized a distinguished training study for coaches, considered the largest in the republic, with the participation of more than 120 students.

 

This study came in implementation of the directives of Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth. And sports, with the need to expand the dissemination of rehabilitation and training programs in various governorates, in a way that contributes to the preparation of qualified technical cadres that contribute to the development of the game at the republic level.

 

A group of game experts participated in the lectures, namely: Captain Ahmed Zakaria, Dr. Tariq Abdullah, and Captain Sherif Abdel Wahab, in cooperation with the Coaches Committee.

 

The study activities also witnessed the presence of Dr. Shawkat Saber, a member of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Volleyball Federation, who praised the distinguished organizational level and the great turnout of coaches, stressing that these initiatives represent an important step towards developing the training base and spreading the game throughout The Republic.

 

For his part, Engineer Yasser Qamar, President of the Egyptian Volleyball Federation, confirmed that the Board of Directors is working hard to prepare young cadres of coaches by organizing training courses on an ongoing basis, and informing them of the latest scientific methods with the aim of benefiting from them during the next stage.

 

The President of the Federation added that the Volleyball Federation is working in all Directions, with the aim of raising the efficiency of players, referees, coaches, and everyone who belongs to the game system, in order to advance Egyptian volleyball.

 

Qamar revealed that the league competition this season is being held with a new system that depends on linking the results of the adult teams to the youth teams, ensuring the clubs’ interest in the rising generations who represent the future of volleyball in Egypt.
