المملكة: Dates: Winter school hours begin in Riyadh schools next Sunday
The General Administration of Education begins in the Riyadh, next Sunday 11 Jumada al-Awwal 1447 AH corresponding to November 2, 2025 AD, For Riyadh Education Abdul Salam Al-Thumairi said that work in the winter session will continue until 29 Shaaban 1447 AH, corresponding to February 17, 2026 AD, after which the working hours in the blessed month of Ramadan will begin to be implemented.
He pointed out that the administration had previously approved the school working hours for the current academic year (1447 – 1448 AH) to include the summer and winter work periods and the Ramadan work period.
Al-Thumairy stressed that setting the times for the morning lineup and the first period aims to organize the school day in a way that suits the weather conditions and ensures the discipline of the educational process, wishing all school employees, male and female students, a busy semester.
