Zamalek announces the reason for excluding Mohamed Sobhi against Pyramids

Abdel Nasser Mohamed, director of football for the first football team at Zamalek Club, said that the absence of Mohamed Sobhi, the white goalkeeper, from the team’s roster to play the Pyramids match in the Egyptian Super Championship due to him suffering from a muscle strain.

 

Abdel Nasser Mohamed added that the goalkeeper would have been present normally during the Pyramids match, but his exposure to a mild strain during the last Tala’ea El Gaish match in the league competition, caused him to be excluded from the match. Today.

The football director stressed that the team’s technical staff, led by Ahmed Abdel Raouf, preferred to rest Sobhi in the match with Pyramids for fear of worsening the injury.

The Zamalek team will meet its counterpart, Pyramids, at 7:30 pm today, Thursday, at Al Nahyan Stadium in Abu Dhabi, in the semi-finals of the Egyptian Super Cup.
