The new central testing mechanism announced by Ministry of Education, essentially a “testing system.”" A central electronic system and specialized arbitration committees, with the aim of unifying the measurement of the level of students’ academic achievement in specific subjects that are finally evaluated in all public and private schools.

To ensure the efficient implementation of this system, an administrative structure of three committees was adopted. The “technical committees” are"Made up of distinguished supervisors and teachers, it is the brain behind the process of building tests. These committees are responsible for building two test models for each target subject with their answer keys, arbitrating them, and uploading them to the “Testing System.”"
The technical committees are responsible for re-correcting a random sample of students’ answer sheets and comparing them with the observed grades to ensure the accuracy of the correction processes that took place in schools.
The role of the field side
At the field level, the “Academic Achievement Committee” is responsible for" In each school, the school principal heads the responsibility for implementation. Its tasks include preparing and equipping the halls, and printing sample questions from the “test system.”" Immediately after their approval, correction, review and monitoring teams are formed within the school, and the answer sheets are stored securely to be delivered to the supervisory committee when needed.
These tests are applied as part of the end-of-school year tests, with general education directors being given the authority to apply them in other academic periods if the need arises.
