Revealing the Jordanian national team roster to face Syria in the Basketball World Cup qualifiers

The technical staff of the first Jordanian basketball team, led by Canadian coach Roy Rana, announced a preliminary list of 18 players, as part of the “Nashama Falcons” preparations for their two upcoming matches against their Syrian counterpart on November 27 and 30, within the first window of the Asian qualifiers for the World Cup finals in Qatar 2027.
Jordanian national team coach Roy Rana said in a statement to the official website of the Jordanian Basketball Federation: “The national team is working hard in preparation for the first two window matches against Syria.”
The list includes the players: Muhammad Shaher, Ahmed Hamarsha, Ahmed Hassouna, Amin Abu Hawass, Malek Kanaan, Akef Shayab, Basil Abu Aboud, Ali Kanaan, Fadi Qarmash, Youssef Abu Wazna, Yazan Al-Taweel, Adham Al-Dajjani, Michel Naffa, Freddy Ibrahim, Abdullah Olajuwon, Rawhi Al-Kilani, Hashem Abbas, and Ahmed Al-Duwairi, to be announced soon. About the naturalized player who will join the ranks of the “Nashama Falcons”.
