November 19.. "Veterinarians" and"Egyptian Health" They organize a conference to develop professional practices

The General Syndicate of Veterinarians, headed by Dr. Magdy Hassan, Head of the General Syndicate of Veterinarians, in cooperation with the Egyptian Health Council headed by Dr. Mohamed Latif, CEO of the Council, is organizing a conference entitled: “The Veterinary Medicine System and the Egyptian Health Council… A shared vision for developing professional practices and protecting human health,” at ten o’clock in the morning on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at Dar Al-Hekma on Al-Qasr Street. Al-Aini.

 

All members of the Health Council responsible for the veterinary file in all its dimensions participate in the conference, and it aims to shed light on the pivotal role of veterinary medicine within the health system in Egypt, within the framework of the Egyptian Health Council and its specialized committees, as well as informing veterinarians about the role of the Egyptian Health Council in regulating the veterinary medicine profession, and introducing what the Council is currently doing and what will be worked on during the next stage.

The conference also addresses discussing mechanisms for developing the profession and future challenges, According to a common vision between veterinary institutions in Egypt, which contributes to integrating policies and unifying efforts to protect human and animal health and support the public health system.

Dr. Magdy Hassan, head of the General Veterinarians Syndicate, said that the conference comes within the framework of strengthening cooperation between state institutions concerned with veterinary medicine, and affirming the vital role of the veterinarian in protecting human health through his role in preventing common diseases and monitoring food safety.

He explained that the Syndicate seeks through this conference to present a unified professional vision for developing The veterinary medicine system, and supporting the efforts of the Egyptian Health Council in building integrated professional systems that raise the level of performance and ensure the provision of safe and effective health service. 

He added that the conference represents an important step towards unifying efforts among all veterinary authorities in Egypt, to establish practical mechanisms for developing the profession and facing future challenges in line with international health standards.
