Urgent.. New developments in the Zamalek land crisis file in 6th of October City
Kamal Shuaib, the legal advisor to the Zamalek Club, confirmed that the club submitted all the documents that prove the soundness of its legal position in the October Branch land case, during the State Council session yesterday.
He continued in telephone statements, the session was the first pleading in the October 6 land case, and we presented everything that proves that the decision to withdraw the land was incorrect, and a session was set for December 23 to review it. The report of the Board of Commissioners, and we hope that a final date for the ruling will be set after that.
He added, it is possible that a field inspection of the land will be conducted during the coming period to inspect the size of the construction, and we have submitted all the documents requested of us, and the Board of Directors’ procedures are completely sound.
