Giza Governor: Implementing 16 cases of removing building violations and encroachments on agricultural lands and state property

Al-Najjar: The campaigns included the centers of Kerdasa, Badrashin, Manshiyet Al-Qanater, Al-Ayat, and the Imbaba district
Engineer Adel Al-Najjar, Governor of Giza, followed the efforts of the executive agencies in confronting building violations and encroachments on agricultural lands and state property in various centers and cities, stressing that field campaigns continued at an intense pace to ensure the application of the law and maintain Agricultural plot. The efforts resulted in the implementation of 16 cases of removal during the past days in the centers of Al-Ayat, Abu Al-Numros, Kerdasa, Mansha’at Al-Qanater, Al-Badrashin, Al-Hawamdiya, and the Imbaba neighborhood, which varied between illegal walls, rooms, foundations, and trusses that were erected without a license on agricultural lands and state property, and the necessary legal measures were taken against all violators. In the Al-Ayat Center, four cases of removing encroachments were carried out on agricultural lands in the villages of Blida, Al-Mataniya, Kafr Ammar, and North Al-Ayat, which included the removal of foundations, rooms, and an illegal white block fence with areas exceeding 340 square metres, in the context of confronting the encroachments in their infancy and preserving the agricultural area.
In the Abu Al-Nomros Center, the executive agencies removed an illegal truss without a license erected on agricultural land in the Al-Eshreen basin in the village. The equipment used in the violation was confiscated and the necessary legal measures were taken. The Kerdasa Center also witnessed the implementation of five demolition cases, including four cases in Ezbet Mazhar of the Nahia Unit, with a total area of approximately 400 square metres, in addition to the removal of an illegal building, which was a white block room on an area of about 50 square metres, in Zamam Kerdasa in front of Musa Hall, in addition to the removal of a white block fence on an area of 700 square meters in Kafr Hakim. All cases were dealt with in the cradle before completion. Works.
At the Qanater facility, two cases were carried out to remove encroachments on agricultural lands, the first being buildings made of bricks and cement and a wooden roof beam on the first floor in the Mansouriya district, and the second removing buildings made of bricks and cement on an area of about 70 square meters in the Wardan district, as part of the center’s efforts in continuous field follow-up to monitor any violations and remove them immediately. As for the Badrashin Center, an illegal truss was removed, in addition to two other trusses in the same location on an area of approximately 1,500 square meters in the Al-Righa area in the village of Abu Sir, as part of the intensification of field campaigns to confront any attempts to build the violation.
In the city of Hawamdiya, the executive agencies carried out two cases of removal, the first of a sheet fence on an area of about four karats. In the area of three bridges, the second is for a double truss on an area of about 200 square meters in the village of Umm Khanan. In the Imbaba neighborhood, the neighborhood agencies responded to a building violation without a permit in the Ard al-Haddad area. The removal was carried out using neighborhood equipment and construction tools and supplies were confiscated after taking the necessary legal measures. The Governor of Giza confirmed that the executive agencies are working around the clock to monitor and eliminate any infringements in the bud, in implementation of the state’s directives not to be lax in enforcing the law, stressing the necessity of preserving agricultural lands and state property.
