المملكة: Friday weather forecast: thunderstorms of varying intensity in 11 regions

According to the meteorological statement, moderate to heavy thunderstorms are expected to fall, leading to torrential rains, accompanied by hail showers and active winds that stir up dirt and dust over parts of the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Medina, Al-Qassim, Hail, Al-Jawf, and the northern border.
It will be light to moderate in parts of the Jazan, Asir, and Al-Baha regions, as well as in parts of the Tabuk region and the northern parts of the region
Surface winds are also active over the western parts of the Riyadh region.
Red Sea
- Surface winds: northwesterly to southwesterly at a speed of 20-40 km/h, reaching more than 60 km/h, with rain thunderclouds forming over the northern and central part, and southeasterly to southwesterly at a speed of 20-45 km/h over the southern part.
- Wave height: from one and a half meters To two and a half metres, reaching above two and a half metres, with rainy thunderclouds forming over the northern and central part.
- Sea state: moderate to wavy.
Arabian Gulf
- Surface winds: southeasterly to southwesterly at a speed of 15-35 km/hour.
