President Sisi: Establishing an integrated media city within three years

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi confirmed that constructing facilities alone is not enough, as the human element remains the basic pillar of success, saying, “Egypt will witness, by the grace of God Almighty, the establishment of an integrated media city within three years, so that we will have implemented the facilities…and what remains is the human being.” Because it is the human being who gives the best, not the facilities. If those in charge of it are not at the required level, “a modern school is a good thing, but if those who work in it are not competent, a good educational product will not come out… and the same is true in sports; The most important karate or football school will not produce a distinguished player without a strong basic system.”
President Sisi asked: “ Do you want to tell me that a country with 60 million young people is unable to train 6,000 football players like Mohamed Salah?”, stressing that Egypt is capable of changing at a much faster pace, but the problem always lies in choosing the right person: “Any person, a minister, a football player, anyone, if we choose him and prepare him well, will be good.” The general mood of the audience is shaped, noting that what is presented in series and artistic works is shaped by a writer, script, director, actor and producer, and he asked: “Can I create a vision for building an Egyptian character according to precise scientific and psychological standards?” Some people may not like this series; Because for 60 years we have been following a certain form of art that has affected us without realizing it, making us think this way.”
President Sisi gave an example of the rise in divorce rates, saying: “Why have divorce rates increased? Because the drama did not present to us the example of a woman struggling with her husband, nor did it show that the marital home may not be very expensive. They always offer expensive villas and apartments, even though two-thirds of Egyptians cannot afford them. And when (the woman) sees that her home is not like theirs, she is dissatisfied… neither with her father nor with her husband. It must be diagnosed well.. If the situation is not diagnosed, you will not reach solutions.”
President Sisi explained that the challenges that Egypt faced were huge: saying, “ I came at a time when everything was on earth… art, values, education, industry, economy, awareness… and this is a very difficult statement.”
The president directed his speech to the youth, saying: “You are all hope… and what has been accomplished over the past ten years – thanks to our Lord – is the utmost that can be done with the generosity and blessing of the Lord of servants for our country… even if our country and its people do not feel this grace… this is more.” Something I fear for you."
