"Emirates Horse Racing" Announcing the participation of 45 horses in the eighth trial race in Jebel Ali

Dubai, November 20 / WAM / The Emirates Horse Racing Authority announced the participation of 45 purebred and Arabian horses in 7 rounds over distances of 1000 and 800 metres, in the eighth trial race yesterday evening at the Jebel Ali Track in Dubai.
She explained in a statement today that the trial race included 5 rounds for purebred Arabian horses, in addition to two rounds for purebred hybrid horses.
She pointed out that 32 horses participated in the purebred Arabian horse race, including 21 horses that had never participated in the races in 3 rounds, and 11 horses in two rounds that they had previously participated in.
She noted the participation of 13 horses in the two races for purebred hybrid horses, holding a race for 8 horses that had never previously participated in the races, in addition to a joint race that witnessed competition between 5 participating horses and others that had never previously participated in the races.
Rashid Al Balushi, a member of the supervisory committee at the Emirates Horse Racing Authority, said that the test races scheduled for Wednesday weekly at various tracks in the country confirmed their feasibility and value in ensuring the readiness of all horses and their entry into the approved list within the framework of the plan established by the Authority until the end of the current season.
