Chelsea continues its awakening and defeats Burnley 2-0 in the English Premier League
The Chelsea team achieved a valuable victory away from home, after defeating its host Burnley with two unanswered goals, in the match that brought the two teams together at Turf Moor Stadium, in the twelfth round of the English Premier League for the 2025-2026 season.
Chelsea succeeded in imposing its control over the course of the match, and opened the scoring in the 37th minute through Portuguese winger Pedro Neto, and in the last minutes of the match, specifically in the last minute. 88th, Argentine Enzo Fernandez increased the score with a second goal that sealed his team’s victory.
With this result, Chelsea raised its score to 23 points, rising to second place in the standings, while Burnley’s score froze at 10 points, settling in seventeenth place.
