In pictures: Honoring Mohamed Sabry in the match between Zamalek and Zesco
The players of the first football team of Zamalek Club and the players of Zesco held a minute of silence for the soul of the late star Mohamed Sabry, before the start of the two teams’ match in the African Confederation Cup.
This comes in memory of the late star during today’s match after Zamalek officials obtained the approval of “CAF” To honor Mohamed Sabry in the match.
The Zamalek fans present at Cairo International Stadium were keen to honor the sons of Mohamed Sabry, the late White Castle star, who went to return their greetings to the fans cheering for their father. At the same time, a number of old Zamalek stars were present at Cairo Stadium, accompanied by the sons of the late star, wearing T-shirts bearing the picture of Mohamed Sabry.
Osama Nabih, Medhat Abdel Hadi, Hazem Emam, Motamed Gamal, Tariq Al-Sayed, Abdel Hamid Bassiouni, Ayman Abdel Aziz, and Hamada Nasr were keen to be present to honor the late star.
Zamalek is at the head of the fourth group of the Confederation Cup, which includes Al-Masry and Kaizer Chiefs clubs Al-Janoub. Africa and ZESCO United of Zambia.
