Distributing 65 million riyals in cash dividends to “Bunyan REIT” fund unitholders

Company announced "Saudi Fransi Capital" Distributing cash dividends to fund unit holders "Bunyan Rhett" For the period from May 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025, with a total value of 65.15 million riyals.

The company explained that the number of units eligible for cash distributions is 162.88 million units, with a distribution rate of 4.8% of the net asset value, so that the value of the distributed profit for each unit becomes 0.40 riyals.

According to what the company stated on "Saudi Arabia trading"Today, Tuesday, eligibility for distributions begins at the end of December 1, 2025, while distributions will be paid within 15 working days from the eligibility date.
