"Al Habtoor" Supports an initiative "Stop real estate developers" With 5 real estate units

Dubai, November 26 / WAM / The Mohammed bin Rashid Global Center for Endowment and Endowment Consultation, affiliated with the Endowment Foundation and Minors’ Fund Management in Dubai, announced the registration of a new contribution within the “Real Estate Developers Endowment” initiative, which it launched in cooperation with the Dubai Land Department.

The contribution was made by Khalaf Ahmed Al Habtoor, Founder and Chairman of the Al Habtoor Group, with the aim of enhancing the sustainability of humanitarian efforts and meeting the needs of society.

Al Habtoor has allocated five real estate units within the Al Habtoor City project as a sustainable charitable endowment to support the real estate developers’ initiative, with the Al Habtoor Group assuming the management and operation of these units entirely, with its annual proceeds directed to support its charitable programs in the fields of health and education, providing aid to the needy, orphans and widows, supporting people of determination, and supporting humanitarian cases.

Khalaf Ahmed Al Habtoor said, “The UAE was founded on a culture of giving, and endowments are one of the greatest and most sustainable tools for good and are faithful to our values. Based on our duty to contribute with our government in supporting our people, the shepherds of this blessed land, we place these endowments in the service of society under our management and supervision.”

His Excellency Issa Al Ghurair, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Endowment Foundation and Palace Fund Management in Dubai, appreciated the contribution of Emirati businessman Khalaf Al Habtoor to the Real Estate Developers Endowment Initiative, stressing that participation represents a role model in institutional charitable work and reflects a clear commitment to supporting endowment initiatives aimed at serving the community.

In turn, His Excellency Ali Al-Mutawa, Secretary-General of the Foundation, said that the initiative embodies the spirit of giving rooted in our Emirati society and reflects a constructive partnership between the Foundation and the private sector to support the fields of health, education, community development, and others.

For her part, Zainab Juma Al Tamimi, Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Global Center for Endowment and Endowment Consultation, expressed her appreciation for the participation of businessman Khalaf Al Habtoor in the initiative, stressing that this contribution is one of the influential endowment tools that achieve a sustainable impact and provide stable sources of support for educational and charitable initiatives.
