"National elections": Egyptians abroad vote regularly in 20 constituencies in the first phase of the elections "Representatives"

Counsel Ahmed Bandari, Director of the Executive Branch of the National Elections Authority, confirmed the regularity of Egyptians voting abroad in 19 constituencies in the individual system in the committees whose results from the first stage had previously been canceled, as well as the runoff round in one district of the individual committees in the first stage.
This came during a press conference held today regarding following up on the work of Egyptians voting abroad in the runoff round and the remaining committees from the first stage. He added that 31 committees completed voting on the first day at the headquarters of diplomatic missions. While 108 electoral headquarters are still carrying out their work regularly at the headquarters of diplomatic missions in 117 countries.
He explained that what is noticeable is the turnout of Egyptians in the Arab countries from age groups from 21 to 50 years, and that the numerical densities are in Saudi Arabia, the Emirates, Kuwait and Bahrain.
He pointed out that the follow-up of the National Elections Authority confirms that there are no violations during the voting work, indicating that work will continue today. The first is until the last voter in the vicinity of the electoral campus abroad is able to cast his vote.
Councilor Bandari noted that the authority will hold a press conference tomorrow, Monday, to announce the results of the first round of the second phase of the House of Representatives elections.
Conducting this electoral round comes in light of the decision of the National Elections Authority issued on November 18, to nullify and cancel the elections for individual seats in 19 electoral districts in 7 of the 14 governorates that constitute the first phase of the House of Representatives elections, after The Commission observed violations that marred the elections in those constituencies, which it said constitute fundamental defects that undermine the integrity and legitimacy of the voting and counting processes.
The elections are held in 139 electoral centers inside the headquarters of Egyptian diplomatic missions abroad, including embassies and consulates distributed in 117 countries around the world.
Every Egyptian residing abroad, or who is outside the country during the two days specified for Egyptians abroad to vote, has the right to vote. In this round of elections, he must go to the electoral headquarters within the country in which he is located, and cast his vote in the electoral process, as long as his name is registered in the voter database, and his electoral domicile is within the seven governorates this electoral round.
