A committee formed headed by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture in the Asir region: 760 kilograms of fish and poultry unfit for human consumption in some restaurants and markets Regulatory measures shall be taken against violating establishments, and completion of the necessary procedures in accordance with applicable regulations.

These efforts come within the framework of the regulatory authorities’ keenness to protect the consumer, raise the level of food safety, and ensure the arrival of products that comply with health requirements.
