Verstappen starts from first place in the decisive Abu Dhabi Grand Prix

Dutchman Max Verstappen, runner-up in the Formula 1 World Championship, will start from first place in the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix tomorrow, after achieving the fastest time in qualifying today, ahead of British leader Lando Norris (McLaren).
In the championship standings, Norris is 12 points ahead of four-time world champion Verstappen (Red Bull), and 16 points ahead of his McLaren teammate, Australian Oscar Piastri, who came third in qualifying.
These three are the last contenders for the 2025 world champion title, which will be decided on Sunday.
Norris will win the title if he finishes among the top three.
