It is part of its programs aimed at enhancing operational readiness and raising the efficiency of military and civilian cadres in member states.
Tactical Intelligence
The program is implemented over a period of five days, during the period from 7 – 11 December 2025 AD, with the participation of 22 military trainees, representing 11 member states.
They are: Burkina Faso, Gambia, Sierra Leone, Jordan, Nigeria, Guinea, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Morocco, Pakistan, Senegal. The program includes a package of advanced training topics.
It includes introducing the concept of the tactical intelligence cycle, the requirements for supporting decision-making, and the mechanisms for implementing surveillance and reconnaissance tasks, in addition to methods for analyzing information, estimating situations, and building operational models used in intelligence work.
The program seeks to develop a set of specific skills among participants, most notably analyzing intelligence data, estimating intelligence positions, and building models designated to support military operations, in keeping with security challenges.
Fighting terrorism
The Secretary-General of the Islamic Military Counter-Terrorism Coalition, Major General Pilot Mohammed bin Saeed Al-Mughidi, explained that the coalition’s training programs come within the framework of a strategic vision that aims to build sustainable capabilities and raise the readiness of military cadres in member states, thus enhancing their ability to confront challenges and terrorist threats in their various forms.
He appreciated the great support provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – the headquarters country – to the coalition’s programs and initiatives, stressing that these training programs are being implemented. With full funding and grants provided by the Kingdom, in confirmation of its pioneering role and firm commitment to supporting security and stability, and building the capabilities of member states in confronting terrorism and extremism.
The launch of this program comes within the efforts of the Islamic Military Coalition to Combat Terrorism in building the military capabilities of member states, enhancing cooperation and exchanging experiences, and supporting national readiness in confronting terrorist threats, according to a professional training methodology and advanced standards.
