Tarek Al-Saeed, head of the Egyptian delegation at the African Games in Angola
The Board of Directors of the Egyptian Olympic Committee, headed by Engineer Yasser Idris, decided in its last meeting to choose Captain Tariq Al-Saeed, a member of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Olympic Committee and Vice President of the Egyptian Basketball Federation, as head of the Egyptian delegation in the African Youth Games, which will be held in Angola this December.
Egypt will participate in the African Youth Games in Angola next December with a delegation consisting of 7 sports federations, and its participation is considered for the sake of Qualification for the Youth Olympic Games in Dakar 2026.
The following is the list of federations participating in the African Youth Games, which includes: athletics – table tennis – badminton – weapons – karate – judo – badminton.
The Egyptian teams participating in the tournament are seeking to appear at a strong level and win titles in all the competitions in which they participate in the continental forum in Angola.
