A congratulatory message from Karate to the Minister of Sports for assuming a leadership position in UNESCO
The Board of Directors of the Egyptian Karate Federation, headed by Mohamed El-Dahrawy, sent a message of congratulations to Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, on the occasion of his assuming the presidency of the Intergovernmental Committee for Physical Education and Sports at UNESCO
The text of the congratulations was as follows: The Board of Directors of the Egyptian Karate Federation, headed by Mohamed El-Dahrawy, extends its warmest congratulations and blessings to Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth. And sports after assuming the presidency of the Intergovernmental Committee for Physical Education and Sport at UNESCO.
The election of Dr. Ashraf Sobhi by unanimous votes at UNESCO headquarters in Paris is the simplest evidence of Egyptian leadership and global confidence in the people of Egypt to assume leadership positions at the international level.
Al-Dahrawi stressed that Dr. Ashraf Sobhi won this historic position with an overwhelming majority of votes. The votes of the members of the organization’s Executive Council are a true testimony to his competence, knowledge, and insightful vision for the future of sports in the world.
