المملكة: Riyadh.. Completion of submitting objections to the results of entitlement to purchase residential lands
The Royal Commission announced the city of Riyadh The end of the Submitting objections to the results of eligibility to purchase Residential lands via The Tawazun Real Estate Platform, which started on November 9 last year.
All objections submitted will be considered by the committee formed for this purpose in preparation for entering the electronic lottery on December 17th to choose those eligible to purchase residential lands.
Important dates in 2025
– September 11: Launch of the Tawazun Real Estate Platform.
– October 23: End of the application period on the Tawazun Real Estate Platform.
– November 9: Announcement of those eligible to enter Draw lots, and open the door for objection.
– December 8: End of the objections period.
– December 17: Electronic lottery.
